Tiger tennis shut out by formidable Cotter team
The Lake City High School boys tennis team opened up the season at home on Tuesday, April 7 after a limited outdoor preseason thanks to snow and cold temperatures.
The Tigers took on the ever formidable Cotter Ramblers and were defeated 0-7 in match play.
For the first game of the season, the line up was set with Maddox Shones (1-6, 0-6) playing number one singles followed by Cade Oliver (1-6, 2-6) in the number two position. Ivan Chen (0-6, 0-6) and Andrew Berger (4-6, 2-6) rounded out the singles portion of varsity team play.
