City of Lake City - Common Council - Nov. 9 Hearing - Schoen

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City, City Council, will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Council will consider Ordinance 657 to allow a drainage and utility easement vacation between Lot 25 and Lot 26 Block 5 of the Jewel Third Addition for Nate and Jill Schoen. The property is located at 2536 Clubhouse Dr. and legally described as: Lot 25 & 26 Blk 005 Jewel Third Addition Lake City, Wabasha County, Minnesota.
    People desiring to address the Commission are encouraged to do so during the public hearing.   Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
