Hospice to be topic at lunch

The Elder Network of Wabasha County is offering a lunch and learn event on Monday, June 20 on hospice care.
Presenters will be Mindy Wise, licensed graduate social worker with the Mayo Clinic Hospice in Wabasha and Sara Larson, licensed practical nurse and account liaison with Heartland Hospice.
Topics that will be covered include what hospice is, what services are provided, the difference between hospice and palliative care and things to know when planning ahead.
