Wabasha County Fair senior nominees sought
Outstanding Senior Citizen Award nominees for Wabasha County are being sought by the Wabasha County Fair. The award recognizes outstanding senior citizens (must be 70 years of age) who after reaching the age of 65 have contributed their time and talents to benefit their community.
The various organizations and facilities in the county have many seniors who are dedicated volunteers. This is one way to thank them for that time. They will be honored at the Wabasha County Fair on July 14 and winners will move on to the Minnesota State Fair.
