Lions check out puppy training
Six Lake City Lions Club members traveled to the Fort Dodge, Iowa correctional facility to visit the clubs latest puppy that they are sponsoring.
The Fort Dodge Correctional Facility has a puppy training program that provides puppies for the Lions Leader Dog for the Blind facility in Rochester, Mich. The facility has an annual Puppy Days where sponsors are able to visit their puppies and their trainers and attend a program to show off the puppy’s skills and the trainer’s hard work.
