Chronic disease workshop postponed

The Chronic Disease Management Workshop scheduled to start Thursday, Sept. 22 at the Lake City Plaza has been postponed to allow for more registrations.
Participants who have registered will be notified of a new start date. Anyone interested in registering for the workshop or wanting more information can contact Patty Svien at 651-380-8752.
