Public library to host jerky how-to class

The Lake City Public Libary will hold a jerky how-to class Saturday, Feb. 11, at 10 a.m.
Ed Stern, a retired teacher and Goodhue County resident will share his experience on how to make jerky using a food dehydrator. He will provide samples and recipes for people to make at home.
This event is open to people of all ages.
