Tiger boys beat Hayfield to capture HVL Gold division

Lake City won its third straight Hiawatha Valley League Gold Division crown last Thursday as the Tigers pummeled Hayfield 69-45 in the regular season finale. The Tigers claimed a conference-best 11th division championship since the 1993-94 season when the current format was implemented.
