Wabasha County and Mt. Pleasant Township trade roads

Wabasha County Commissioners approved the exchange of several stretches of road with Mt. Pleasant Township at the board’s Feb. 28 meeting.
Commissioner Don Springer was absent. County Attorney Karrie Kelly was also absent, with Assistant County Attorney Jake Barnes there for input. County Administrator Michael Plante was also present.
