Letter: Let principles guide Highway 61 decision

To the editor:
The status of Highway 61 three lane versus four lane is hopefully coming to a conclusion on April 10.
First, my focus in writing this letter is not to express my personal opinion or to directly lobby for or against the highway 61 issue. By this time I believe the mayor and City Council members have probably heard every opinion and or argument by either email, regular mail and or personal visits by concerned citizens.
