North lakefront gets top billing in council prioritization meeting

City councilmembers had the opportunity July 26 to express their preferences for areas the city should invest following the delivery of a downtown and waterfront master plan commissioned by the council.
The plan, prepared by Stantec, divides the cities waterfront and downtown into seven distinct areas and suggests projects that Stantec says would enhance their appeal to visitors and residents.
