Highway items dominate Wabasha County Board agenda

Items dealing with county highway issues were the only action items on the agenda for the Aug. 1 meeting of the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners.
Commissioner Mike Wobbe was absent. County Administrator Michael Plante and County Attorney Karrie Kelly were present.
County Highway Engineer Dietrich Flesch presented four highway items for board approval.
