Outlook frightful as Halloween approaches

It’s the most ghastliest time of the year.
Halloween week has descended and there’s lots to do in and around Lake City for people who like to scare or be scared, or just have fun.
On Friday, Oct. 27, South Troy Wesleyan Church south of Zumbro Falls is inviting people to trick or treat out of car trunks in the church parking lot. There will be games food and music from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. People are encouraged to come in costume.
