State trooper to speak at spark

Spark women’s networking group will begin its seventh season with a personal safety presentation by Minnesota State Patrolman Dan Lewis. Patrolman Lewis will talk about how to prevent, prepare for, and respond to an attack. His experience includes 25 years with Goodhue and Wabasha law enforcement, 22 years SWAT experience, and 20 years of teaching firearms and defensive tactics.
