Boys track competes in Hayfield HVL meet
The Lake City Tigers boys track and field team went on the road to Hayfield for the Hiawatha Valley League conference track meet on Saturday.
Top finishers from the day included the Lake City boys team of Andrew Green, Kris Ryan, Jack Cronin and Nate Martin who finished sixth in the 4x200 relay with a time of 1:38.95.
In the 400 meter dash Kris Ryan finished sixth with a time of 54.01. In the 3,200 meter run Reese Anderson and Ben Johnson finished sixth and seventh, respectively, with times of 11:07.92 and 11:12.65.
