Watercolor workshop planned for March 9

Lake City Area Arts will hold a watercolor workshop on Saturday, March 9, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The instructor, Wendy Westlake, has been painting in watercolor for 18 years. She served on the Board of the Minnesota Watercolor Society from 2012 to 2016, and was president from 2014 to 2016. Wendy teaches classes at Wet Paint in St. Paul, as well as Crossings in Zumbrota.
