Members sought for Goodhue County community health committee

The Community Health Assessment Committee (CHA Committee) is looking for new members. The group, which meets quarterly, is now beginning to implement the 2018-2023 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). The new health improvement plan is based on the health issues identified in the group’s 2017 Community Health Assessment (CHA).
Improving the health and wellness of all people in Goodhue County is the goal of the Community Health Improvement Plan.
