Barbara Friese obituary

Barbara (Kilgrain) Friese, 81, passed away May 17, 2023 in Corona, Calif., home of her sister LaVonne (Kilgrain) Springer, with her sister by her side.
She was born January 30, 1942 to Victor Kilgrain and Violet (Dunbar) Kilgrain. Barbara grew up in Lake City, Minn. and graduated in 1959. She moved to California in 1967. She sold real estate for many years and worked for County of Riverside for 20 years.
Barbara was all over the world on cruise ships and enjoyed every cruise with family and friends. She enjoyed life to its fullest.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Rani Friese of Palm Springs; a son, Ryan Friese and spouse Missy of Rochester, Minn.; two sisters, LaVonne (Kilgrain) Springer of Corona, Calif. and Vickie (Kilgrain) Rekkadahl and spouse Pete of Red Wing, Minn.; several nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor Kilgrain and Violet Kilgrain; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and one brother-in-law, Darrell Springer.
Services will be held at a later date in Lake City, Minn.
