Dorothy Ann Madsen 83, died peacefully Jan. 2, 2016 in Woodbury Minn., formerly from Lake City.
She is survived by husband, Melvin; daughter, Valory Tessmer (Duane); sons, Terry (Kris) and Jeff (Pam); six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Memorial Service will be held at Woodbury Lutheran Church Valley Creek on Sunday, Jan. 10, at 2 p.m.
