Earl Jennings Obituary

Earl David Jennings, 45, of rural Cumberland, Wis., died Sunday, Aug. 9, 2020, at his home.
    He was born Sept. 9, 1974, in Red Wing to David and Mary (Roberts) Jennings. He was married to Monica Powell LaVeau in Cumberland Baptist Church on April 4, 2020.
    Earl was a kind-hearted man who would happily give you the shirt off his back. He loved the Lord and his family. Earl would do anything and everything to ensure they were safe. He enjoyed hunting, classic cars, country music, mud bogging, running the music at church, tinkering, and goofing around with his family.  
    He is survived by his wife, Monica Jennings of Cumberland; two children, LeLu and Micah; mother, Mary (Loren Howe) Jennings of Lake City; siblings, Kelly Roberts of Red Wing and Leatha (Dave) Lamers of Blaine, Minn.; “big brother”, Darin Jacobsen; two nieces, two nephews; two great-nieces; two great-nephews; mother-in-law, Barbara Powell of Cumberland; grandma, Vivian Morehouse of Wabasha; and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, David Jennings; and two great-nieces.
    Funeral services will be held Monday, Aug. 17, at 7 p.m., at Cumberland Baptist Church, with visitation  from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the church.
