She loved the holidays and getting together with family and friends. At Christmas she would prepare for the many get-togethers by baking cookies and making candy. If the kids wanted to join her, it made the season even more special. Her living room always looked like a Christmas shop with all her decorations.
She loved teaching the kids so many different things. Like how to play the card games Golf and Garbage. Singing “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” and “How Much is That Doggie in the Window” and teaching them how to fix things around the house and how to do chores.
She enjoyed watching the kids at their many sporting and school events when she was able to.
She loved watching the Wild and cheering for her favorite skater Mats Zuccarello. She smiled when he helped win the game on Thursday night 3-2.
