"Kelly" Ann McGowan obituary

Kelly McGowan, of Lake City, passed away January 9 at the age of 72.
Born in Argentina to American parents, Kelly grew up in the Chicago area, eventually moving to California where she worked make-up and costume design in TV and films.  Seeking the beauty and quiet of Lake Pepin and the bluffs, she moved to Lake City in 2011.  Predeceased by both parents and a brother, she is survived by her sister Carol Conkey (Calvin), brother Jeff McGowan and his wife Jan, and her niece and nephews Kate (Sean Brown), Jeff McGowan, and Paul McGowan (Lauren).
