Mary Wille obituary

Mary Wille of Lake City, Minn., formerly of Kenyon, passed away on June 15, 2024 at the Elysian Senior Home where she spent the last two years with her husband of 46 years, Steve.
Mary was born to Melroy and Sara Angelstad on February 26, 1957. She graduated from Kenyon High School and Rochester VoTech. She married Steve Wille on  August 6, 1977. Mary worked in banking and sales, also raising golden retriever dogs and helping Steve on the farm.
She fought an eight year battle with Alzheimers’ disease and the last three years being blind. We want to thank the caring and concerned staff at the home and also St. Croix Hospice for the past two months of care. Thank you to our great neighbors on Cedar Drive: Kevin, Nancy and Wyatt, Barb, Don and Kathy for your many talks and help.
At Mary’s request, there will be no funeral service. Burial will be at a later date. Mahn Funeral Home of Lake City is handling arrangements.
