Wendy L. (Jones) Kellar of Lake City, age 70, passed away on January 14, 2025 at home. Wendy is survived by her husband, James Kellar; sister, Judy Rahman of Madison, Wis.; daughter, Jessica Fechter of Edgerton, Wis.; step-daughter, Heather Jo Winters of Mason City, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Lois Jones; son Judson Fechter; step-son Michael James Kellar.
