Mayor Nichols called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. with a quorum present.

Adopt Resolution 22-024 calling a Public Hearing on the creation of a TIF district and adoption of a TIF plan for the Underwood Terrace project
Motion McGrath, second Kramer to adopt Resolution 22-024 calling the public hearing on the establishment of a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district No. 1-18 within municipal development district No. 1, and the adoption of a TIF plan relating thereto. All Ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Approve hire of Marina 2022 seasonal staff
Motion Alkire, second McGrath to accept the seasonal staff for the Lake City Marina. All ayes 6-0-1 (Brown abstain)
Unfinished Business:
Adopt Resolution 22-003 approving an amendment to the final development plans for Oakhurst at the Jewel
Motion Alkire, second Novak to adopt Resolution 22-003 approving John Wimbley’s request to amend the final development plan for Oakhurst at the Jewel.
Roll call vote: Novak aye, McGrath nay, Kramer aye, Nichols nay, Alkire aye, Brown nay, Boe nay. Motion fails 4-3-0.
Motion McGrath, second Brown that the applicant lacked legal standing to make the request. Roll call vote: Novak aye, McGrath aye, Kramer aye, Nichols nay, Alkire nay, Brown aye, Boe aye. Motion carried 6-1-0.
