SPECIAL MEETING
January 22, 2025, 5:00 p.m.

Members Present: Mayor Brian Quinn, Amy Alkire, Russell Boe, Robert Newsome, Megan Kramer, Faye Brown
Members Absent: Cindy McGrath
Staff Present: City Administrator Rob Keehn
Mayor Quinn called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review adopt/ amend agenda
Motion Kramer, second Alkire, to adopt the agenda as presented.  All ayes 6 -0-0. Motion carried.
New Business
Approve reimplementation of the Electric Supervisor position in the Electric Division.
Motion Boe, second Alkire to approve reimplementation of the Electric Supervisor position in the Electric Division. Roll call vote 4-2-0, Brown and Boe opposed. Motion carried.
Approve Travis Wettern as Electric Supervisor and Tanner Duffing as Electric Foreman.
Motion Kramer, second Boe, to approve Travis Wettern as Electric Supervisor and Tanner Duffing as Electric Foreman. Roll call vote 5-1-0, Brown opposed. Motion carried.
Adjourn
Motion Alkire, second Boe, to adjourn at 5:49 p.m. All ayes 6-0-0. Motion carried.
