Members Present: Mayor Brian Quinn, Cindy McGrath, Megan Kramer, Faye Brown, Amy Alkire, Robert Newsome
Members Absent: Russell Boe – Arrived at 5:19 p.m.
Staff Present: City Administrator Rob Keehn, City Clerk Michelle Seydel, Finance Director Jerome Illg, Public Works Director Mitch Rigelman, Police Chief Cory Kubista
Mayor Quinn called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review, Adopt, or Amend Agenda
Motion by Brown, second Alkire to adopt the agenda. All ayes, 6-0-0. Motion carried.
New Business
Closed meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.03, subdivision 1(b), to consider strategy for labor negotiations or discussion and review of labor negotiation proposals.
Motion by Kramer, second Brown to close the meeting at 5:02 p.m. pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.03, subdivision 1(b), to consider strategy for labor negotiations or discussion and review of labor negotiation proposals. 5 ayes, 1 opposed, 5-1-0. Motion carried.
Motion by McGrath, second by Brown to open the closed meeting at 5:52 p.m. All ayes, 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion by Newsome, second Alkire to adjourn the meeting at 5:53 p.m. All ayes, 7-0-0. Motion carried.
