Regular Meeting

Members Present: Mayor Mark Nichols, Amy Alkire, Russell Boe, Brian Quinn, Megan Kramer, Cindy McGrath, Faye Brown
Members Absent:    None
Staff Present: City Administrator Rob Keehn, City Clerk Kari Schreck, Public Works Director Scott Jensen, City Attorney Sarah Sonsalla
Mayor Nichols called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review adopt/ amend agenda
Nichols stated that the City Administrator review will be pulled from the agenda and moved to the June meeting.
Motion Brown, second McGrath to approve the amended agenda. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.

Motion Boe, second Kramer to approve Task Order 14 with Bolton & Menk, Inc. for ArcGIS online implementation and backup manager setup for $90,500. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.  
Approve Task Order 13 with Bolton & Menk, Inc. for a Lake City urban flooding stormwater management plan
Motion McGrath, second Boe to approve Task Order 13 with Bolton & Menk, Inc. for a Lake City Urban Flooding Stormwater management plan. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.  
Approve hire of Amanda Jackson as Public Works Administrative Assistant
Motion Brown, second Alkire to approve the hire of Amanda Jackson as Public Works Administrative Assistant. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.  
Approve hiring of Full-Time EMT Sarah Muenkel, Full-Time EMT Colton Chicos, and Part-Time EMT Cory Brown
Motion McGrath, second Boe to approve hire of Full-Time EMT Sarah Muenkel, Full-Time EMT Colton Chicos, and Part-Time EMT Cory Brown. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.  
Approve equipment rental agreement between the City of Lake City and Lake City Boat Club & Rentals, LLC
Motion Kramer, second McGrath to approve an equipment rental agreement between the City of Lake City and Lake City Boat Club & Rentals, LLC to provide rental watersports equipment at Hok Si La Park for the 2024 season. All ayes 7-0-0.  Motion carried.  
Accept MPCA Small Communities planning grant for $70,685
Motion Brown, second Alkire to accept an MPCA Small Communities planning grant for $70,685. All ayes 7-0-0.  Motion carried.
