Members Present: Mayor Mark Nichols, Amy Alkire, Russell Boe, Megan Kramer, Faye Brown, Brian Quinn
Members Absent:    Cindy McGrath
Staff Present:  City Administrator Rob Keehn, Public Works Director Scott Jensen, Finance Director Jerome Illg
Mayor Nichols called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review adopt/ amend agenda
Motion Brown, second Quinn to adopt the agenda as presented.  All ayes 6-0-0.  All ayes Motion carried
Award contract for Ohuta Wall Retaining Wall project
Motion Nichols, second Alkire to award contract for Ohuta Wall Retaining Wall project to ICON Constructors LLC for $1,189,629, design option two (as presented in the meeting packet) with additional 150 feet of facing and concrete cap.  Roll call vote: Quinn aye, Kramer nay, Nichols aye, Alkire aye, Brown aye, Boe nay. Motion carried 4-2-0.
Motion Brown, second Quinn to adjourn at 6:34 p.m. All ayes 6-0-0.  Motion carried.
