City of Lake City - Planning Commission - Cemstone First Addition hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, MN, to consider a preliminary and final plat for Cemstone First Addition on part of the Registered Land Survey #33 Tract B located on the south side of N. 10th St across from W. Doughty St. The plat is for 2 Blocks and 1 outlot with 2 undeveloped parcels. The remaining parcels contain the Public Safety Building, the dog park and the substation.
Persons desiring to submit testimony on this matter may address the Commission during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
