City of Lake City - Planning Commission - July 2 Hearing

NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on July 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider the following requests
1. A Final Plat request submitted by Great River Flats, for Common Interest Community (CIC) 97 A Condominium Great River Flats for property located at 907 N. Lakeshore Dr., Lake City Minnesota 55041, and legally described as: Part of Block 6 Baileys Addition & Part of Vacated Alley. The applicant has submitted a request to create a Common Interest Community final plat over the existing multi-family building.
2. A Planned Unit Development amendment request submitted by Brian and Tracie Henkel to allow combining Lot 2 and Lot 3 Block 3 Golf Cottages at the Jewel for a detached accessory building. The property is located at 509 and 505 Cedar Dr.
