City of Lake City Planning Commission - Kohrs Conditional Use

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota.  The Commission will consider a conditional use permit request submitted by Korwin Kohrs, for 3250 Central Point Road, legally described as the NORTHEASTERLY 60 FEET OF LOT 4, OF THE B.J LOSS SUBDIVISION OF CENTRAL POINT, LAKE CITY, GOODHUE COUNTY, MINNESOTA.   
The applicant is proposing to construct a permanent residential structure in the Flood Fringe of the Mississippi River, elevated at or above the regulatory flood protection elevation.    
Persons desiring to speak on this agenda item may address the Commission during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
