NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, MN, to consider a conditional use permit to allow a detached accessory building larger than 1,000 sq. ft (1,320 sq. ft) for Mark & Karen Ryan at 1208 N. Oak St., on parcel described as Part of Auditors Subdivision 614072 Lot 4 located on the northeast side of N. Oak St. near the intersection of Oak Ct. N.
Persons desiring to submit testimony on this matter may address the Commission during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
