City of Lake City - Planning Commission - May 14, 2026 Hearing

NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on May 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Nate & Jill Schoen, for a Planned Unit Development Amendment for property located at 2532 and 2536 Clubhouse Dr., Lake City, Minnesota 55041, and legally described as: Lot 25 & 26 Blk 005 Jewel Third Addition.
The applicant has submitted a request to combine 2532 and 2536 Clubhouse Dr. into one lot for a future single-family dwelling.
People desiring to address the Commission are encouraged to do so during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
