City of Lake City - Planning Commission - Oct. 1 Hearing

NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on October 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider the following requests:
    1. Conditional Use Permit CU26.002 submitted by Nate Schoen for an attached garage larger than 1,000 square feet (1,632 square feet). The property is located at 2536 Clubhouse Dr. and legally described as: Lot 25 & 26 Blk 005 Jewel Third Addition Lake City, Wabasha County, Minnesota.
    2. The Planning Commission will consider an amendment to the City of Lake City Zoning Ordinance Chapter 155 Article 15 Planned Unit Development Regulations. The amendment adds a section in the Planned Unit Development regulations addressing amendments.
