NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Florence Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Florence Township Hall, 33915 US-61, Frontenac, MN 55026, on Monday, July 13, at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following public hearing(s):
An application request relating to rezone parcels from CR Commercial Recreational to R1 Residential.  Approvals required include the Planning Commission recommendation and Board of Supervisors approval for the county to rezone parcels from CR Commercial Recreational to R1 Residential.  
Applicant/Property Owners:  Jeff and Ann Marie Bolin, Property address: 35062 WINONA ST, FRONTENAC, MN  55026, Parcel number(s): 32.285.0011 and 32.285.0030
