REGULAR MEETING
SUMMARY OF SCHOOL BOARD MEETING MINUTES

The School Board of ISD #813 met in regular session on February 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Lincoln Media Center. Complete minutes are on file in the Superintendent’s Office, 300 S. Garden St., Lake City, MN 55041 or at www.lake-city.k12.mn.us. 7 board members and 20 community members were present.
1. Adopt agenda (mcu).
2. Board Member Minute given by each board member.
3. State Dance Team participants were recognized.
4. Roger Sievers gave a presentation on Sievers Creative Marketing Campaign.
5. Principal Berge gave the High School report.  
6. Principal Aeschlimann gave the Bluff View report.
7. Dir. Kvasnicka gave the Comm Ed report.
8. Supt. Wright gave her report.
9. Board members gave reports on recent committee meetings.
10. February 25, 2025 Parent/Teacher Conferences at Bluff View.
11. March 10 & 17, 2025 Parent/Teacher Conferences at High School.
12. March 11, 2025, Board Work Session at 4 p.m. in the District Board Room.
13. March 17, 2025 - next regular Board meeting at 7:00 p.m.
14. Approved consent agenda (mcu).
15. Approved Community Ed Fee Changes (mcu - 6-1).
16. First Reading of policies 503 and 524.
17. Member Larson gave a report of the Mid Year Review of Supt. Wright.
18. Approved Head Start Lease Agreement (mcu).
19. Approved the Resolution to Designate Ariana Wright as the Identified Official with Authority to Authorize User Access to MDE Secure Websites for Lake City Public Schools (ISD 813) for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 (mcu).
20. Approved the resolution for donations (mcu).
21. Approved the Memorandum of Understanding for Head Girls Golf Schedule C Pay (mcu).
22. A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:08 p.m. (mcu).
