ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
SUMMARY OF SCHOOL BOARD MEETING MINUTES

The School Board of ISD #813 met on Jan. 3, 2023 at 6:30 a.m. in the District Office Board Room.  Complete minutes are on file in the Superintendent’s Office, 300 S. Garden St., Lake City, MN 55041 or at www.Lake-City.k12.mn.us.  6 board members and 2 community members were present.
1.  Adopt agenda. Motion carried unanimously (mcu).
2. New members took the Oath of Office.
3. Nominations for offices and stipends were approved. (mcu).
4. Date, time and location of reg. meetings were set for 2023. (mcu).
5. Committee/ representative assignments were named. (mcu).
6. Designation of newspaper, official posting place, legal council/ contacts, depositories, mileage reimbursement rates and meal reimbursements were approved. (mcu).
7. Meeting was adjourned at 7:28 p.m. (mcu).
