Lake City Board of Adjustment - Jan. 21 Hearing Notice - Cargill

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota.  The Commission will consider a request submitted by Jennifer Kittleson on Behalf of Cargill A M Holdco, LLC, for a variance to directional sign requirements on property located at 905 W. Marion St. and legally described as 8.56 AC PART OF OUT LOT 30 OF JB HAWLEY’S OUT LOTS, Wabasha County, Minnesota.
Persons desiring to address the Board are encouraged to do so during the public hearing.   Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
