Members Present: Mark Nichols, Faye Brown, Russell Boe, Brian Quinn, Megan Kramer
Members Absent: Amy Alkire, Cindy McGrath    
Staff Present: City Administrator Rob Keehn, Finance Director Jerome Illg, Marina Director Jeff Brand
Review and adopt/amend agenda
Motion Brown, second Kramer to adopt the agenda as presented.  All ayes 5-0-0. Motion carried.
New Business:
Adopt Resolution 23-022 declaring a local emergency
Motion Brown, second Boe, to adopt Resolution 23-022 declaring a local emergency. All ayes 5-0-0 Motion carried.
Motion Boe, second Quinn to adjourn at 2:32 p.m. All ayes 5-0-0. Motion carried.
