Notice of Hearing - Hok Si La cabins

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota.  The Commission will be considering a request for a conditional use permit at Hok Si La Park, 2500 North Highway 61, Lake City, to add three camping cabin structures to the campground.  The property is owned by the City of Lake City and zoned OSP – Open Space and Park, and legally described, in brief, as follows:
