Notice of Public Hearing - Erdahl vacation of easement

NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Lake City Common Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 12, 2024, in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, MN 55041, to consider petition to vacate drainage and utility easements, as submitted by the Dan and Sue Erdahl, 2125 Clubhouse Drive, Lake City, Minnesota.  
The request pertains to property located at 321 and 327 Grand Drive, legally described as Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Block 3 Grand Bluffs at the Jewel, Lake City, Minnesota.  The applicants are requesting to vacate the 5-foot-wide drainage and utility easements between Lot 4 and Lot 5, of Block 3 in Grand Bluffs at the Jewel.   
Persons desiring to address City Council may speak during the public hearing portion of this agenda item at the meeting.  Additional information concerning this request is available by contacting the City’s Planning and Community Development Department.
