Notice of Public Sale - Edgewood Acres #55

NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 13, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Edgewood Acres of Plainview located at 315 8th Ave NE, Lot No. 55, Plainview, MN 55964, the following property will be sold at public auction by the Sheriff of Wabasha County:
A 1995 Friendship manufactured home, Vin # MY9513669, and any contents therein or about the premises.  The manufactured home is located within Edgewood Acres Manufactured Home Community at 315 8th Ave NE, Lot No. 55, Plainview, MN 55964.
This sale will be held to satisfy a claim upon the above-described property held by Zumbro Ridge Estates, Inc. a Minnesota non-profit Corporation pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §504B and §514.  Upon information and belief, this property is owned by Cintya Jenny Macuixtle.  An Order providing for an immediate Writ of Recovery of Premises, issued by Wabasha County District Court was issued on March 30, 2023, in favor of Edgewood Acres of Plainview, LLP and against Cintya Jenny Ferth Macuixtle Tecpile, the then occupant of the 315 8th Ave NE, Lot No. 55, Plainview, MN 55964.  The amount of the claim against the above referenced property is $5,996 computed to the date of sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale, together with the actual expenses of making said sale.
