in the real property described in the Complaint herein,

DEFENDANTS:

YOU are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiffs’ attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the Office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court within twenty (20) days after service of the first day of publication.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings into question real property situated in the County of Wabasha, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit:

That part of Lot 6, and that part of LEVEE STREET, now known as Lawrence Boulevard, all in CAMPBELL’S ADDITION TO WABASHA, according to the plat thereof on file in the office of the County Recorder, and that part of Government Lot 1 of Section 28, Township 111 North, Range 10 West, all in Wabasha County, Minnesota, described as follows:

Commencing at the most southerly corner of said Lot 6; thence North 57 degrees 05 minutes 52 seconds West, oriented with the Wabasha County Coordinate System, NAD83, 1996 adjustment (HARN), along the southwesterly line of said Lot 6, a distance of 115.87 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence North 32 degrees 26 minutes 35 seconds East, a distance of 341 feet, more or less, to the southwesterly shoreline of the Mississippi River; thence southeasterly, along said southwesterly shoreline, a distance of 110 feet, more or less, to the northeasterly extension of the northwesterly line of the southeasterly 6.00 feet of said Lot 6, as measured at a right angle to the southeasterly line of said Lot 6; thence South 32 degrees 30 minutes 13 seconds West, along said northwesterly line and its northeasterly extension, a distance of 353 feet, more or less, to the southwesterly line of said Lot 6; thence North 57 degrees 05 minutes 52 seconds West, along said southwesterly line, a distance of 109.87 feet to the point of beginning.

The object of this action is to obtain a judgment that the Plaintiffs are owners in fee of the above-described real property, and that Defendants do not have the estate or interest indicated in the tract index.
