Township Notices - April 17, 2025

Notice: The Florence Town Board’s monthly meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2025, at the Florence Town Hall in Frontenac Station. Pamela Miller, town clerk.

The Gillford Township Board of Supervisors will hold its regular monthly meetings at 8:00 p.m. on the first Monday of every month unless this falls on a holiday then it will be held the following night at Bill Cronin’s residence, 35356 Wabasha County Rd. 72, Lake City, MN 55041. These are the scheduled meetings unless otherwise posted and/or advertised. Jordon Wright, Clerk.

The Chester Township Board of Supervisors will hold its regular monthly meetings at 7:00 p.m. on the last Monday of every month at the Mazeppa Community Center. These are the regular scheduled meetings unless otherwise posted and/or advertised. Jake Atkinson, Clerk

The Chester Township Board of Supervisors will receive quotes for road work until 7:00 p.m. on April 28th, 2025 for snow plowing, road blading, Class 5 road surface rock to be truck spread by July 15th 2025, rock for icy roads truck spread, and ditch mowing.  All quotes for each job must be separate and include a certificate of insurance.  Chester Township has approximately 28 miles of road.  The town board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all quotes.  Quotes will be reviewed at the Chester Township Board of Supervisors meeting on April 28th, 2025 during the 7:00 p.m. meeting at the Mazeppa Community Center.  Jake Atkinson, Clerk.
