BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION HELD
June 13, 2023

    These published proceedings are incomplete in that they simply summarize the actions of the Wabasha County Board of Appeal and Equalization.  Complete copy of the proceedings is on file in the Office of the Wabasha County Auditor/Treasurer and may be examined by the public. Those present were Commissioners Cheryl Key,  Michael Wobbe, Bob Walkes and County Administrator Michael Plante. Also present was Chief Deputy Auditor/Treasurer Francie Warren, Assessor Jeff Wagner; Appraisers Jessica Gusa, Jean Meyer, Rich Heffner and Dani Kahn-Wolf and Attorney Matt Stinson. Summary of the actions by the Wabasha County Board of Appeal and Equalization is as follows:
    County Administrator Michael Plante swore in all members of the County Board of Appeal and Equalization
    Chief  Deputy Auditor/Treasurer Francie Warren shall act as Clerk to the Board of Appeal and Equalization.
    Adopted changes to Values and Classifications as recommended by Local Board of Appeal & Equalization’s.
    Adjourn.
