Wabasha County Planning - April 24 Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE
WABASHA COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
The Wabasha County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on April 24th, 2023, for the purpose of hearing any testimony regarding the following requests:
1) A public hearing for the Conditional Use application submitted by Jamie Ratz for an event center within the A-2 zoning district. The subject property is described as parcel R14.00314.00 located in Section 4, Township 108 North, Range 11 West, Town of Plainview on approximately 3.90 acres.
2) Continuation of a public hearing for the Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Tammy and Derrek Olson on behalf of Derrek Olson LLC for a new feedlot with greater than 500 animal units. The subject property is described as parcel R12.00345.00 located in Section 36, Township 109 North, Range 12 West, Town of Oakwood (26692 County Road 28) on approximately 120.00 acres.
3) Continuation of a public hearing on the application submitted by West Newton Colony, Inc. requesting a Conditional Use Permit to construct an addition on a seasonal recreational structure located in the West Newton Special Use District.  The subject property is described as parcel R10.00039.00 located in Section 9, Township 109 North, Range 9 West, Town of Minneiska (60469 622nd St.).
The public hearing will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota.  Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department. Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
