Wabasha County Planning - July 24 Meeting

The Wabasha County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on July 24th, 2023, for the purpose of hearing any testimony regarding the following requests:
1) A public hearing for the Conditional Use Permit application submitted by William Krusmark for a small-scale retail business of a pick your own apple orchard and Cidery within the A-2 zoning district. The subject property is described as parcel R16.00129.00 located in Section 21, Township 110 North, Range 12 West, Town of West Albany on approximately 103.14 acres.
2) A public hearing for the Preliminary Plat application submitted by Daniel & Doreen Johnson for a land division involving the creation of more than three new and residual parcels. The subject property is described as parcels R12.00229.00, R12.00281.03, and R12.00281.00 located in Sections 21 and 28, Township 109 North, Range 12 West, Town of Oakwood on approximately 141.98, 80, and 40.09 acres, respectively.
The public hearing will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota.  Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department.  Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
