Wabasha County Planning - November 27 Meeting

The Wabasha County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on November 27th, 2023, for the purpose of hearing any testimony regarding the following requests:
1) Public hearing on the Preliminary Plat application submitted by David Breitenfield to re-plat Lots 1 and 2 of Block 1 in the Prairies Hills Acres 2nd Subdivision and Lots 4 and 5 of Block 2 in the Prairie Hills Acres Addition. The proposed plat is to be called Bluff View Acres. The subject property is described as Lots 1 and 2 of Block 1 of Prairie Hills Acres 2nd Subdivision and Lots 4 and 5 of Block 2 of Prairie Hills Acres Addition located in Section 23, Township 111 North, Range 12 West of Lake Township.
2) Public hearing on the Re-Zone application submitted by Cornerstone Real Estate to re-zone parcels R09.00272.24 and R09.00275.00 from the Agriculture / Low Density District (A-3) to the Rural Residential District (R-1). The subject properties are described as parcels R09.00272.24 and R09.00275.00 located in Section 27, Township 109 North, Range 14 West of Mazeppa Township on 17.00 acres and 92.00 acres, respectively.
The public hearing will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota.  Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department.  Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
