Grimm leads boys with personal best

The Lake City Tiger cross country team competed at the Minnesota State Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Nov. 3 at St. Olaf in Northfield.  
The boys started the day off and finished off the day in 15th place.  The boys had six of their seven boys under 18 minutes with the seventh runner running 18 flat.  This is only the second time ever that a Tiger boys’ team has done this.  
The lead runner, Hunter Grimm ran a second over 17 minutes, the fastest he has run in four trips to state.  Andrew Muenzhuber and Nash Nelson also ran personal bests.
